Berry muffins. (Berry & Tatakai)

"I'm... not sure. I haven't been in such a situation before.." Tatakai said still blushing a bit.

Berry smiles "lets just have fun! what do you like to do for fun?"

"Normally I just run for fun. It's just something that helps. Tatakai couldn't seem to think of something else.

Berry smiles "lets have a race with prizes!" she giggles excitedly.

Tatakai looked a bit confused. "what are the prizes?"

Berry taps her chin "i don't know what do you want them to be.. we could make up our own prizes. i know if i win you have to follow me around and stuff!" she giggles happily "so what do you want your prize to be? it can be anything!"

"I don't think I would want to change that prize." Tatakai smiles seeming to be fine with the prize.

Berry giggles and smiles "ok then! So lets start the race!" she bounces around excited.

"How does from the bakery and back sound? The first one back wins of course." It seemed simple, and it wasn't very far from the bakery to the park.

Berry giggles happily and jumps around "sounds good!" she gets ready to run "get ready, set, GO!" she begins to run.

Tatakai takes off after Berry. He easily passes her getting to the bakery and soon is heading back to the park.

Berry blinks in surprise he was fast. she tries to keep up with him. at this rate she was going to lose. she smiles "go Tatakai!"

Tatakai thought about show boating but he knew he would trip and probably lose if he did that. But by the time Tatakai decided to not show boat he ran into a hedge. If he were like a normal Kitsune and could control fire then this wouldn't matter, but he could control water. So he was fairly well stuck in the hedge.

Berry blinks in surprise and runs over to him "are you ok?! do you need help?"

"I'm okay. I think I can get out of here, given enough time anyway." Tatakai said beginning to work his way out of the hedge.

Berry sits down "i'll wait it's no fun win this easy." she giggles happily.

"Alright then. I think I'm almost out anyway." Tatakai is soon dislodged from the hedge. Tatakai stood up and looked at Berry. "Time to continue I suppose. Considering the park was merely 3 years away it seemed overly easy for Tatakai to win.

Berry giggles and nods "ok!" she begins to run. she smiles happily she was having so much fun.

Berry got a decent head start before Tatakai. Tatakai wasn't able to catch up because the distance to the finish was so short. "It looks like you won." Tatakai said with a smile on his face.

Berry giggles "well i think you should have won do you want the prize?" she smiles sweetly.

"The prize to me is the same either way: I get to spend time with you." Tatakai smiles at Berry.

Berry blinks and blushes. "ok then! what should we do first though.. i actually didn't think i was going to win." she smiles and giggles.

"I'm fine with doing whatever you want to." Tatakai laughs a bit.

Berry giggles and thinks for a moment "i know." she leans over and kisses tatakai. "come catch me!" she giggles and runs off.

Tatakai was caught a off guard from the kiss so for a while all he did was stand there for a few moments before shaking his head realizing what he was supposed to do. Tatakai runs after Berry catching up to her after a bit of time. Tatakai tripped on a tree root and ended up taking Berry down with him rolling down the nearby hill to the bottom. "S-Sorry, I didn't mean to do that. Are you okay?" Tatakai didn't see any scratches or bruises, which was a good thing.
