Berry muffins. (Berry & Tatakai)

Tatakai had heard about the bakery from some of the villagers, supposedly the bakery had some great food. Tatakai at least wanted to try the food before he left the town to the next one on his travels. Tatakai soon found an empty table and went to go sit there. The table was set for two, and given how crowded the bakery was someone probably was going to fill that seat soon. Tatakai sat in one of the seats and waited for a waiter or waitress.

Berry walks around the town trying to find the bakery. "Where is it?" she was lost until she sniffed and smelled the sweet smell of bread and bakery goods in the air. She smiles happily and runs toward the smell. She jumps around when she gets infront of the bakery she had finally found it. She looks around for a place to sit and see one next to a man with white hair. She walks over "Uhhh.. excuse me sir may I sit here? Theres no other seats open right now.." She blushes deeply embrassed that he might have seen the sence she made when she found the bakery.

"Of course you may sit. I'm only waiting for a waiter anyway." Tatakai said looking around for a server. He knew that if her got out of his own seat to look someone would probably take it, there was even a line forming at the door now. "I'm Tatakai Bara." Tatakai found it best to introduce himself sense it seemed like the wait would be a while.

Berry smiles happily and sits down. "Thank you very much." she looks and sees the line growing she thinks to herself 'I got here just in time.' She blinks and comes back down to earth when Tatakai introduces himself. "Oh my names Berry Mikan! It's very nice to met you." she giggles happily.

A waiter soon arrives and places two menus on the table, one in front of Tatakai and the other in front of berry. Tatakai picks up the menu and looks it over as the waiter walks away to attend to other tables. "I think I may just go with some muffins. What about you Berry?" Tatakai says looking over at berry.

Berry looks over the menu her ears twitched she didn't know what half these things were that was on the menu. When Tatakai suggests muffins she nods "Yea that sounds great. I'll go with muffins too." she smiles happily.

"Ok then, muffins it is." The waiter soon walks over and asks what the two would like. "Two baskets worth of muffins please." The waiter nods and walks off towards the kitchen.

Berry smiles "I can't wait to try some of those muffins. This place smells really good so their food has to match that." she giggles excitedly. "So what made you come here Tatakai?"

"Well I do nothing but travel, so I figured I might as well come here sense so many of the rumors about it are good. I had to try something from her for myself to see if those rumors hold up. What about you Berry? What's the reason for your being here? Tatakai asked giving a slight smile.

Berry taps her chin for a moment thinking over why she was there. "I'm here because of the same reason as you. I moved here recently and I heard about the bakery so I had to come here in case I had to move soon.."

"So you live in this town now then? Well, I wish you the best of luck with your new life here." The waiter soon returns with two small baskets of muffins. He places them on the table. There is a variety of the muffins and it's doubtful that any two are the same. "They look good." Tatakai says looking at the baskets of muffins.

Berrys ears twitch happily "Yummy Muffins!" she giggles and claps her hands together. She grabs a muffin and take a bite. They tasted amazing, it gave her a warm feeling in her stomach. "Wow these are AWESOME!"

Tatakai took a bit out of a muffin from his basket. "These are very good." Tachi said in agreement with Berry about how good the muffins are.

Berry giggles happily and eats half the basket of muffins in a matter of minutes. "Yummy!!" She purrs excitedly

Tatakai was finished with about half of his own basket. Tatakai couldn't help but laugh a little at Berry's purring.m"Cute purring." Tatakai couldn't help but say it, it was true after all.

Berry blushes deeply when Tatakai says something about her purring. She hadn't even noticed she was purring "Am sorry I was really happy.. I do that alot cuz am always happy." She smiles lightly and findles with her bell around her neck.

Tatakai couldn't help but smile a bit himself. "It's perfectly fine. It's cute." Tatakai laughs a little again seeing her play around with the bell.

Berry smiles and blushes lightly. Her tail wags lightly making the bell on her ring loudly. Berry grabs her tail "Sorry.. I just really like you."

Even with the loudness of the bell people seem to continue on with their own conversations as if their not hearing it. "There's nothing to worry about..." The whole 'like' and 'love' thing Tatakai never really understood, given his past it's fairly obvious as to why. Because of this he wasn't sure exactly if he could say it back because he believed he might say the wrong thing, so all Tatakai could do after that is blush.

Berry smiles "We're friends right?" she giggles when she sees him blush "Why are you blushing Tatakai?"

Tatakai looked shocked for a moment when he heard he was blushing. "It-It's nothing." Tatakai said trying to dismiss the fact he was blushing, this only made the blush grow a bit stronger.

Berry smiles and giggles more. "Your silly Tatakai!"

Tatakai hadn't been called 'silly' before. He wasn't sure if she was making fun of him or not, based on her tone though he suspected she wasn't. Why am I getting so worked up? I hardly even know this person... Why do I feel so flustered around her though..? Tatakai questioned himself.

Berry tilts her head "Are you ok Tatakai? Do you feel ok?" she reaches over and puts her hand on his forhead to see if he had a fever.

Tatakai did feel his face burn but he wasn't sick. "I-I'm fine. You needn't worry about me. With how you look you should be more worried about yourself..." The last part of what Tatakai said was normally a rude thing, but the way he said it made it seem like he really cared and worried about her well being.
