Tatakai's power

Name of Power: Water control
Usage: As the name implies Tatakai can control water and use it basically anyway he likes (drowning his enemy is one example). Tatakai cannot control things like moisture in the air, it has to be a liquid and it has to be water, he can't control anything but water (rain, sewer, dew, etc.). Another draw back to this is that it takes to much concentration, so he can't fight using his sword while he uses this power.
What it does: Unlike most Kitsune who can control small, normally blue, flames known as fox-fires Tatakai can control water instead of fire.

approved. as this states you can only use large droplets of water. or large bodys. if you try to use this as an attack you have to make sub version for more powerful attacks.

pretty much you will just use it to make waves and water balls sized for water ballons??

That's the basic of it. Though the size of the water balls are at a maximum of 9 inches all around.
