Ikaros was doing her routes through the town of Piltover, she was the sheriff so it was her job to make sure everyone was safe. She usually was able to keep a pretty good eye on things, and she checked out most of the upper town. But now she had to go to the real problem area, where most low lives lived and few unfortunate others. As she crossed underneath an archway of a bridge she could hear some one of a few others speaking quietly. She'd been wearing her normal outfit (signature) so she didn't look like a sheriff but she had a badge pinned to the chest of her shirt.
