[Foreword: This topic is for training to increase chi. It is open to any who want to join and will likely have Alvy join it when Fuki makes Alvy. There will be posts were El leaves the training area, but he will soon come back in another post in this topic. Anyone interested in joining skills can ask, though they may be denied or deemed incapable. (People with evil withing them will have great trouble using Chi and by evil I mean truly evil, not someone who is perverted/plays practical jokes/ gets into fights)]
Elbrecht is sitting meditating in the front yard of a small house that he had rented. It would look like he was just meditating if it wasn't for the fact that he had his hands slightly in front of them and his hands were faintly glowing a light blue. As he continues to sit there the blue glow moves to just his finger tips and becomes a little brighter. Now his the light fades as he opens his eyes. He looks towards the road and sees that he has a few onlookers but he pays them no mind.
He stands up and moves his hands around a bit before hold them out in front of him with his arms half extended. His hands start to glow a pale blue again before the light moves to his finger tips where it brightens, this time though he points his pointer and middle finger forward on his hands and the light glows even brighter on the very tip of his fingers. A marble sized orb of bright blue chi forms off the tip of his middle finger but then retracts again. He then gets into the Wing Chun Right Neutral Stance and slowly changes to a front stance. He then starts practicing the Chum Kue (or Chum Que) form.
