Am I allowed to have two charecters that allways try to stay with each other because one of them can transform into the other's weapon?

I think you could but they may have to be in one character format sense there always together. But if there fairly diverse, as in like there not twins or family in anyway, then you would probably need to just make one for both of them like normally.

Yeah I am pulling that concept from Soul Eater and don't worry I won't be using anyone from it.
