History: I have lived alone in the forest ever since i was 5. I have been kidnapped and taken hostage by the government. I love using katanas and swords when i fight. I'm being huanted by a demon and chased by the government. I have a death note ever since 10.

I'm not an admin or anything but there are a few things to touch up.
You should know that the races on this site are: Vampires, Humans, Nekos, Kitsune, Hybrids, Demons, Inu, Usagi, Dem-God, and Mages.

A Neko/Vampire would fall under the Hybrid category. Also I'm pretty sure that if you want to keep the real life races then you would need to list yourself as Human as well. I'm not entirely certain if you could be a Human and a Neko and Vampire at the same time. To finish it off you should add a picture of your character in the start of the application, if its the one you have as your profile pic then use that, otherwise write a detailed description.

Now, I understand if you aren't finished, but those were just things you should consider before you think that your totally finished. And look at some other character applications (in either approved or in pending, some of the ones in pending are finished and approved), they might be helpful as to how to perhaps put yours together.
