Fishing for dinner.

A small white cat growled at the water below her. Being afraid of the water and also having to catch fish for food was a diffuctly she often faced. The cat pawed the water and extended her claws. She pawed at the water again and drew back her paw quickly, scratching her nose. The little cat growled at this and stopped trying to lay down for a while.

Berry giggles lightly and hops into the lake. her bells ring happily as she swims around. she hops on the shore and looks around. she sees a little cat and smiles. she hops up and walks over. she looks at the cat, "hey my names berry!"

"Nya?" The cat said trying to say 'Maria.' it was almost impossible for her to speak her cat form. 'My names Maria.' She thought thinking maybe Nya sounded like Maria. The little cat got up and scratched some letters into the dirt and stood back to reveal it said her name.

Berry smiles and giggles. "hello maria! so whatcha doing here?" she shakes her tail to get the water out of her bell.

Maria looked down and pointed at the fish with one paw and with the other pawed the water. "Mrow." She said just scratching a fish. 'Maybe this girl could help me?' She thought still looking down at the water.

berry looks down at the water and sees the fish. "oh your trying to catch a fish. i can help!" she gets up and jumps into the water. her claws grow out and she grabs for the fish. she misses the first time. she comes up "dont worry i'll get it!" she grabs for the fish again and she catches it this time. she smiles and hops out of the water, she shakes the water off her tail. she smiles at maria,"i got it!" she shows her the fish and sits down. "so now what?"

Maria smiled and drew back her claws. She purred and sat next to berry. "Thank you." She said smiling up at her. "You're really nice thanks again" She said smiling down at the water.

Berry smiles and giggles lightly. "why didnt you just hop in the water and get the fish?" she tilts her head slightly

"Cuz im afraid of water?" Maria said questionly, half to herself. She never really though about her fear or anything, sh just knew she was afraid.

berry giggles lightly and she smiles. "thats ok everyone has a fear." she looks at maria "so what do we do now?"

"I don't know but thanks for helping me get dinner." Maria smiled and looked back down, she began pawing at the water and fell in. "N-Nya..." She said, she thought the water was freezing.

berry giggles lightly and reaches into the water and pulls her out of the water. "your ok!" she smiles "so how do you like the water?"

"I-it's s-s-so cold." Maria shivered, "Thanks for helping me out." She said swinging her tail around as rainbow tips appeared on it. Why is the water so cold? Maria asked herself in her mind, it usually hadn't been cold to her before now.

Berry smiles and giggles "no problem!"

"Mrow..." She said walking around the pond. Still wondering why it was cold. She looked at the pond once more and turned back to her human form. "Why is it so cold...?" She asked herself. Knowing the answer it was still fun to ask questions.

Berry giggles and smiles "i never think about why its cold so i dont know." she laughs lightly.

"Oi... It bothers me so much." Maria never really cared much about cold things, she loved the heat. She grabbed a fish quickly with her hand and pulled back as she let go of the fish. "Sorry I don't like water much..."

berry giggles "thats fine not everyone does." she smiles lightly, "i use ice.. do you use fire?"

Maria thought for a moment. "Uh yea I guess..." She said looking down at the water and sticking her feet in. "Aw it feels warmer over here." She smiled and looked up, "I guess one sides cold and one sides warm?" She laughed abit.

berry giggles "this side might be cold cuz i was swimming over here.." she smiles and sticks her finger in the water were maria "it is warmer i like it!" she laughs

"Oh right but it's still warmer over here." Maria smiled and turned back into a cat. "Mrow." She said. Maria randomly turned into a cat at times but could sometimes choose. She smiled and realized she was in the water.

berry smiles and giggles "look your in the water!" she claps her hands.

Maria smiled, "Yea I guess..." She swam around, she didn't enjoy water much but it was warm and she enjoyed it. Maria scratched at the land , trying to get herself up on to the ground.

berry smiles and giggles lightly. she picks her up and puts her down. "there you go.."

"what the" Inthanial whispered when when he saw the strange behaved girl transform. he had only gotten out his fishing pole when she shifted thinking it might be a good idea to stay put he kept fishing but also kept an eye on her.
