History: Hotsuin was raised from an early age by a Neko sage in the mountains. He had lost his family to an accident when he was only 3, and had no where else to go. The sage taught him how to harness his natural powers of energy control and astonishing accuracy. He later moved to the village to try and build himself a life. Being in the mountains without any friends for much of his life, he never learned social skills, and often has an awkward time dealing with people.
