The cafe of many coustmes.. a new one everyday and you get to choice it if you want! (Open)

Shizumi gave a small blush before smiling at Berry. "Thanks!" She said with a small laugh, following Berry up the hill and pointing a few houses down to the apartments. "Its the apartment complex down there." She said with a smile, walking towards the building. When they reached it, she walked through, walking down, looking for her building number."Ah, there it is! Building 17." She said, smiling, continuing on and leading Berry up the steps to the second floor. When she got up, she looked over the balcony, spotting the pool behind the main office. "Its a really nice pool." She said to Berry, taking a turn at the corner and then walking a couple doors down until she reached her room. The door said room number 175. She unlocked it and looked at Berry. "Do you want to come in? I could get you something to drink before you go." She said with a smile.

Berry smiles and walks behind. she smiles and looks at the pool. she giggles then waits for shizumi to get ahead alittle. she turns into a cat and follows behind. she smiles up at her and meows when she to come in. she acts like a stray cat.

Shizumi laughed as Berry turned into a cat and she smiled down at her, letting her come in before closing the door. She pointed at the couch and the three bean bags she had in the house...two blue and one purple. "Sit anywhere you want. Or you can follow me too." She said with a smile, walking into the kitchen and getting out two saucers that she always kept to feed the stray cats that occasionaly stopped by to say hi, since they knew she was a neko. She opened the refrigerator, looking inside. "Anything in particular?" She asked Berry. She had many things that cats would enjoy in her refrigerator. "Pick any food and drink you want." She said with a bright smile.

berry smiles and walks in and hops on one of the blue bean bags. she turns back into a human. "do you have any fish? am kinda hungry for fish." she blushes ligthly and giggles. she looks around "you have a really nice home!" her eyes sparkle with exitment this was almost the first nice place shes been in that wasnt run down like her home...when it was actually her home. she smiles and gets up. "can i help with anything?"

"Just what I was thinking." Shizumi laughed with a smile, pulling out some tune and salmon from the regrigerator and getting out two pans and placing them on the stove. She gave a small laugh, blushing lightly as Berry complimented her. Her tail swished a bit as she spoke, going to the cabinet and getting out some non-stick spray for the pan. "Thanks, Berry! It took a while to get enough money for it. The storekeeper from the pet store in town helped me out." She said, looking at Berry with a smile. She thought to herself as she turned the stove on, waiting for it to get warm enough. "Yes. Can you get some plates, forks and knives out? Then pick whatever drink from the refrigerator and pour it into two cups." She said with a smile, cutting the tuna and salmon before placing it in the pan. She paused, thinking for a little bit before getting an idea. She made some fried rice while the fish was cooking and added a bit of shrimp to it. "There we go!" She said before turning the stove off. "Can you carry the rice?" She asked, carrying the fish to the plates on the table and putting an equal amount on each plate.

berry smiles and finds the plates and sliver wear. she walks to the refrigerator and grabs some soda and pours it into two glass. she watches shizumi cook and smiles happily. "yea!" she grabs the pot of rice and carries it to the table. she looks at the food and giggles "it looks so yummy! your a really good cook!"

Shizumi giggled, blushing lightly as Berry complimented her. She watched as Berry set the table and the silverware and smile as she poured the soda. "Thanks." Shizumi said with a small smile, begining to pour the rice onto the two plates before motioning for Berry to sit down. She sat and looked at Berry, tipping her head to the side a little. "And thanks about the compliment too." She said, giving her a small, bright smile, looking at the food she had made. "My mother taught my sister and I when we were young. I like to practice because it made her proud to see us doing something she loved." She said, her tone holding a hint of sadness. she gave Berry another smile and nodded her thanks. "It makes me happy when people compliment my cooking because in a way, it was an important part of my childhood." She explained.

Berry smiles ad hugs her tightly "thats so nice!" she smiles and giggles lightly "lets eat! lets not let this yummy looking food get cold!" she laughs and sits down.

Shizumi laughed and nodded in agreement. She began eating, feeling a small hint of pride. It had taken a lot of practice for her to cook the fish so that it was warm and tender but she had managed to do it this time. Looking up and seeing Berry on the other side of the table made her feel happy. In a way, she looked up to Berry since she was so cheerful. "Thanks, Berry. The treats that you serve in the cafe are really yummy too." She said, smiling brightly at her, taking a sip of her drink. "How long have you lived here?" She asked.

Berry smiles and giggles lightly "thank you. I don't make them all I just think up some of them and someone else makes them." she laughs and thinks for a moment. she takes a bite while she thinks. "Um...i think i've been here for 16 years am not sure though."

Shizumi laughed, taking a sip of her drink as she listened to Berry. "Well, you have creative ideas, like I said before about the costumes." She said, her gaze drifting to the rest of the apartment. "That's nice. I've been here for a few years...not too long." She said, voice trailing away a bit. Shizumi shook her head, giving Berry a sheepish smile. "I have a habit of day-dreaming when I think about my past." She said, giving a small laugh.

Berry smiles lightly "it must be nice to remember stuff that happened in the past.." she looks around and takes a sip of her drink. "you seem creative too!" she giggles lightly trying to get a different subject going.

Shizumi looked down as she spoke, a thoughtfull look on her face. "Maybe...there are a few things I would like to forget though..." she said quietly, half to herself. She took another bite of the food, listening as Berry spoke again and she smiled, blushing slightly. "Thanks, Berry." She said, giving a small laugh. Her ears pricked above her head as she heard a small meow from outside the door. She got to her feet, walking to the door and she looked down to see the small silver tabby cat that sometimes stopped by her apartment. "There you are. I was wondering where you had been!" She smiled.

Berry blinks and looks at her "what kinda things would you want to forget? I think if i could remeber my past i'd want to remember everything.." she stops and pause "well i guess the one thing i remember could be worth forgetting.." she walks over when she hears the meow. she giggles lightly and looks at the cat. "what a cute kitty!" she turns into a cat and meows at the tabby cat.

Shizumi blinked as Berry asked her the question and she hesitated before answering. "Well, there are happy memories that I would like to remember...but in every past, there are some things that we could live with forgetting, right?" She said. She laughed as Berry turned into a cat. The tabby let out a meow of surprise at Berry suddenly turning from a human into a cat but meowed in greeting. Shizumi laughed, letting the tabby in before closing the door. "She's a cat like us, but she doesn't have the same ability to be able to shift into a human." She explained.

berry smiles and giggles softly as she turns back into a human "wow thats so cool! I thought we could all do that..i just learned something new!" she laughs lightly and looks at the tabby cat.

Shizumi laughed as she shifted back into a human and she nodded with a smile. "There's a few who can't." She said with a smile. "But there's a possibility that they can develop the ability." She explained, leaning down the pet the cat. The tabby purred, circling her legs and then Berry's, tail lifted in delight. Shizumi grinned. "It almost makes you wish they could shift into humans too." She said.

Berry smiles happily at the cat. she thinks for a moment "maybe we could teach her how to shift into a human! that would be so much fun! then we could have another neko work with us at the cafe!" she claps her hands happily.

Shizumi smiled in delight at Berry's idea and she nodded with a grin. "That would be fun!" She said, petting the tabby again. The tabby seemed delighted at the idea and purred, looking up at the two girls. Shizumi thought for a second and laughed. "You know, I never gave her a name." She said, smiling down at the silver tabby, her neko ears twitching in wonder.

Berry looks at the cat and thinks of a name. she tabs her chin in thought. "hmmmm how about star!" she smiles and looks between shizumi and the sliver tabby.

Shizumi thought about it and gave a delighted giggle as she got back to her feet, grinning at Berry. "I like that!" She said, looking down at the silver tabby. The kitty gave a single meow and purred as if agreeing with the two. "Well then its settled. We'll call you Star." She said, giving her a small, affectionate pet on the head.

Berry giggles happily and jumps up clapping her hands "yea!! we have a winner!" she laughs and smiles. then she thinks for a moment "uh how do we help teach her to shift exactly?"

Shizumi thought as Berry asked the question, a small frown of concentration on her face. "Hmm..." she said, blinking. Then she looked at Berry with a small smile, a bit of an idea forming in her head. "What exactly do you do when you shift?" She inquired. She thought again for a second before shifting into her cat room. She looked at Star. "We'll figure something out so that you can shape-shift too." She meowed to her before looking up at Berry and waving her tail once, motioning for her to shift as well.

Berry thinks for a moment about the question, she never actually thought about what she does when she shifts she just did it. berry looks at shizumi and notices that she was in her cat form so she shifted into her cat from too. berry smiles lightly and giggles. she thinks alittle bit more then an idea hits her. "i think i know what i do when i shift! i just think about turning into a cat, or i think about turning back into a human.."

Shizumi looked as Berry shifted and thought about what she said. "That makes sense. That is how we shift." She said with a smile. When she thought about it, she did think about becoming a cat or human...it just came naturally to them, they didn't really think twice about it. "Great job, Berry." She purred then turned to Star again. "Do you think you can do that?" She asked.
