Kira's powers

Special Ability: nothing special he has his vamp healing abilities and his neko traits along with an ability to generate lightning or electricity but he can only do so through a weapon or direct contact with the others body.
Shielding: Can create and focus a wall of fire around him to protect himself.
Heatwave: Used as an area of effect when surrounded is a high heat pulse only bout 5 yards reach.
Flame Concentration: Can manipulate flames or heat to attack or provide distractions like a fire ball or a mirage.

Volt: Abiulity to genereate lightning or electricity but he can only do so through a weapon or direct contact with the others body. He uses the electric waves around people or sources to use this ability.
Shielding: Can create and focus a wall of fire around him to protect himself. He uses the heat from the sun or other sources for this including his own body heat. If he uses his body heat he can go into a coma or die.

it is approved but here are your limatations.


due to the fact you cant generate intense heat, and the fact even conesntrating the heat from the sun light the wosrt you could inflick is about that of a sunburn in the most best contions. also if there is some one who is older then you uses a fire attack you cant manipulate it. when it comes to those who can manipulate fire the one with more age wins more for wisdom and pratice



the eleitical attacks its pretty much the same thing as the fire.

the reason you have so many limatation is because you did not explian your powers better.
