Kuso....Chase Kuso was the average guy until a few years he was one hell of a hero to save the city of tora although he doubts anyone remembers him but he does have a bounty of his head and he's a sort of a vigilante so as anyone say. But he's never the one to dwell on stupid things like that he's too positive for some idiot to start something with him. He was at the casino bar in a navy sports jacket, with blue jeans and some white sneakers, he looked different without his cap with his wild dark silver colored hair flowing straight in his face, he really wanted to play tonight but he had to make him self blend in, although he did have time to notice the hot waitresses swaying their hips around serving the "customers" who are by the way losing their money which cause Chase to smirk and chuckle.
