The Maid Cafe [Open]

fenter got out of the tub and frabed on to her leg while she was on the bed. it was rather low light but he could see very well. being a night time hunter he was. "come on tell me bering pain alone is not good."

She flinches when he grabs her leg and she looks at him tiredly. "My lungs are compressed and I don't have enough to pay for the surgery so I have to settle for the medication."

he looked at her. "well that not all that bad. dont worry. you pull though. if the surgrys to much here tryelse where." he had a chearfull tone to his voice.

"Thanks for the enthusiasm," she says quietly, nuzzling the pillow again.

fenter shook her. "dont you people have medicare here??" he looked down on her and wondered how barbaric the system was up here.

"I have to be qualified or something... So it's out of the question." Kiri continues to lay on her stomach and her ears start to twitch again. She reaches up and rubs them softly, almost purring at the feeling.

"i doubt you even tryed applying before." he started back to the bathroom closing the door he took off the last atical of clothing and sliped in to the tub. made and bit of sloshing noises and the finaly settaled to the bottom where he sucked water though his cheeks and down though his gills.

Kiri watches him go back into the bathroom and she sighs. "I shouldn't bother..." she mutters to herself while pulling her stockings back on and slipping on her shoes. She ties her hair back and then quietly leaves the room to go back to work, slightly sulking.

fenter didnt come out of the room for hours. he was laying there thinking about ever thing. he began to think about all the stuff she said to him. "wait i think she was coming on to me O.o>" he had a puzzled look. he never even noticed she had left the room. "miss are you there?? miss waitress. oh darn she must have fallen asleep."

Kiri was still exhausted and she was having a hard time keeping up with her perkiness. Luckily there weren't that many customers since it was late. It's usually during the day when they come, Kiri noticed. She goes to an empty table and starts to stack the dishes onto her tray before taking them to the kitchen.

the candle was flickering, it was soon going to go out. fenter had gotten out of the tub and put every thing back on. then got in soaking the whole wet suit items he had. then walking to the door he tryed to figure out how to open it. he knocked on it. it didnt seem to respond like a clam shell door.

Kiri heard knocking and she walks over to Fenter's room, unlocking it and then opening it. "You turn the knob..." she mutters quietly, mostly out of being tired.

"umm ok... just a question where you coming on to me earlyer." he looked at her he was kinda clueless. but he was saoking wet and his fure was getting dry and fluffy.

Kiri blushes a little and she scratches her ear. "Sort of..." It'd be kind of pointless to lie in her opinion.

he scratched the back of his head. "why would you try coming on to me." he was rather clueless.

"I can't explain it well..." she mutters quietly. Her tail flicks about and then she goes back to picking up dishes off of the tables.

"why cant you explain it. it makes it evem more mestiouse why you land lovers cant speak your mind." he scratched his head.

"Well... I don't know. You're different. Like I said, I can't explain it particularly well," she says before carrying the dishes she picked up to the kitchen and then coming back to clean the table.

fenter went up to her and patted her back. "well i better get back to a river. thanks for letting me in the tub." he started on his way out to the door. " umm witch way is the closes to a river. i forgot i got lost coming here..."

Kiri almost asked 'you're leaving already?', but she managed to stay quiet, her ears twitching. "You're welcome." She watches him and then smiles softly at his forgetfulness. "If you go left for four blocks and then take a right, it should be right there," she tells him.

he stoped. "you bebetter of escorting me becuase i think your block is diffrent from my block." he looked around. "i pay you for the escort too..."

"Heh... You don't have to pay me. I'll go change real quick," she says and walks off into the back room. A few minutes later she walks out in jeans and a t-shirt, just slipping on her jacket. "I'll see you tomorrow guys!" she calls at the others and they say their byes from where they're working before Kiri leads Fenter out of the cafe and down the sidewalk.

fenter follows her and his feet make a splaping noices as they hit the ground. people started at him funny as the walked by. he kept his eyes on kiri making sure he didnt loose her. he grabed on to her shoulder. "oh boy their is so much eletricty in the air."

"Does it bother you?" she asks, matching his pace so she didn't walk ahead of him. Her tail was flipping around again and she tugs her jacket around her a little tighter.

"its a little anoying and it tinges a bit but its more of a nusance then any thing
