Chi has many different spellings and is called different things throughout different cultures. Just the spelling of Chi varies to being called Chi, Ch'i, Ki, and Qi. It is the flow of energy in ones body and is at the same time one's life force. Though it is essentially the same thing as chakra in shows like Naruto, it cannot be used for spells or 'jutsu'.
Only Elbrecht and Alvy can use chi for offensive purposes, while other people may learn the skills from them. Beginners start out with between 25-100 Chi. Also, Chi can be increased through intensive training.
Name of Power: Chi Shot
Usage: It is a small ball of chi shot from the users pointer and middle finger.
What it does: It fires at a rate of a rock being thrown by a strong person. It penetrates the body on contact and can go clean through like a bullet, however there is a distinctive crackling noise when chi is being gather and a bang sound when it is fired giving opponents a heads up. It is the size of a normal marble.

Name of Power: Double Chi Shot
Usage: It is two small balls of chi. One is shot from the users pointer and middle finger and the second is shot from the ring and pinky finger.
What it does: The same as Chi Shot however there are two.

Name of Power: Chi Burst Shot
Usage: Four balls of chi are fired, one is shot from each finger.
What it does: The same as Chi Shot only one shot is fired from each finger.
Chi Cost: 100
Name of Power: Chi Burst Step
Usage: Pushes Chi from the users feet
What it does: It causes the user to move 3 times faster then normal for a distance of 40 feet.
Chi Cost: 50
Name of Power: Chi Burst Strike
Usage: Propels user towards opponent when opponent gets within 25 feet
What it does: It causes the user to move quickly towards the opponent and at the least WILL graze the opponent with a knife slash if they dodge, however the attack is not fatal and the slash is not deep.
